Calfornia Pedestrian Accidents

A pedestrian crash in California can take a major toll on your life. If you have been the victim of a crash, you are likely facing serious injuries with a long and complicated path to recovery. If your family member has been involved in the crash, you are struggling with the heartache and devastation that comes from watching a loved one after being seriously hurt or killed in a tragic incident.

Following a pedestrian accident, authorities will carefully examine the scene and determine how and why the crash occurred. In many instances, the pedestrian is injured by the negligence of a motorist who failed to yield the right of way or otherwise failed to see the pedestrian in the roadway. If the crash was avoidable, the driver can be legally responsible for any and all injuries sustained by the pedestrian.
