Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California

According to reports, a person is struck and killed by a motor vehicle approximately every two hours. In fact, pedestrian accidents in California were reported to make up at least 11 percent of all automobile accident-related deaths throughout the state. These statistics are due, at least in part, to the extreme vulnerability of the victim at the time of a collision.

Severe and even fatal accidents can occur at almost any time, resulting in pain and suffering on top of the immense affliction of high expenses. Although it may be horrendously difficult, it is important for family members to understand that they may have serious rights during such a time.
