Inglewood, CA – Motorcyclist Injured in Fiery Crash on I-105

Inglewood, CA (August 19, 2019) – A fiery collision between a motorcyclist and a passenger vehicle took place in Inglewood on Monday morning, August 19th. The accident took place at around 5:28 a.m. on the 105 Freeway at or near Crenshaw Boulevard.

According to the California Highway Patrol, an unidentified motorcyclist was driving on Interstate 105 when they were struck by a motor vehicle. The motorcycle caught fire as a result of the impact and subsequently blocked lanes of the freeway.

Emergency crews were summoned to the crash site where an ambulance transported the injured rider to a nearby hospital. The victim was reported to have suffered moderate injuries during the accident.

The California Highway Patrol is currently in charge of the investigation into this incident.
