It is an unfortunate fact that pedestrian accidents in California are directly responsible for around 11 percent of all accident-related deaths throughout the state. These types of collisions are often caused by reckless and utterly inattentive drivers. Safeguarding your rights as either a victim or a bereaved family member during such a difficult time is essential.
