According to the California Office of Traffic Safety, pedestrian accidents in California that resulted in death rose by around 32.8 percent from 2012 to 2016. Auto-pedestrian collisions are so-frequently deadly due to the complete vulnerability of the victim, as well as the seriously reckless actions of patently negligent operators. It is tremendously important for victims and their families to hold such irresponsible parties accountable for their behavior.
