California Bicycle Accidents

California is home to many bicyclists. With a temperate climate and variety of terrain, bicyclists can enjoy their hobby year-round. Many others also utilize bicycles as a primary mode of transportation. Unfortunately, bicycles are not built to withstand the force of a crash with larger vehicles and can result in major injuries when they occur.

A bicycle crash must be carefully investigated by authorities. California experiences hundreds of bicycle accidents each year and many victims are not at fault when they are struck by drivers. Each California bicycle accident must be closely investigated in order to determine the cause. Following a California bicycle crash, it is important to retain the services of a skilled attorney who can enforce and protect your legal right to compensation when you have been injured by a negligent driver.
