Car Accidents in California

Over 3,000 California car accidents ended with fatalities during 2017 alone, and thousands more resulted in injuries ranging from minor to major. While there are different reasons why a crash can take place, you may be eligible to file a claim for financial compensation in the event that you or a loved one has suffered due to the actions of another person or entity.

Because of the immensely high costs of medical bills, physical recovery, and lost wages, numerous people commonly choose to file a claim for recompense after a crash. Anyone who has operated a motor vehicle in a negligent or reckless manner, causing the injuries or death of another person, should be held liable for their behavior.
