California Injury Accidents

This year, there will be thousands of pedestrian accidents reported all across California. While some victims will be fortunate and suffer no injuries or only minor injuries, many will sustain more extensive damage. Well over half of all pedestrian crashes result in the victim being hospitalized to receive treatment and it is not unusual to see extremely serious injuries or even death in a California pedestrian crash.

The causes of each pedestrian accident vary from one incident to the next, however, there are common reasons that these crashes occur. In many pedestrian accidents, motorists are responsible for the collision because they fail to observe the pedestrian or fail to take safety measures, such as slowing or stopping their vehicles, which would prevent a crash from occurring.
