Fatal car accidents at the hands of negligent drivers take place daily in California. Negligent driving takes many forms, including reckless driving, impaired driving, and distracted driving. A negligent driver can cause catastrophic consequences in a matter of seconds.
Many serious and fatal crashes are, unfortunately, unavoidable. A serious crash happens suddenly and without warning. Even drivers who follow all traffic laws and drive safely can be involved in serious and fatal crashes. Following an accident, family members may be left behind to pick up the pieces and move forward in the face of tragedy.
