Big Bear, CA (December 5, 2019) – According to officials with the California Highway Patrol, a hit-and-run accident took place in the vicinity of Highway 38 and Hatchery Drive in the town of Big Bear. The injurious crash happened at around 6:36 p.m. on Wednesday evening, December 4th.
Authorities stated that two vehicles collided along the highway. One of the vehicles involved fled the scene. Emergency medical crews were dispatched to the scene where they assisted the victims and confirmed the presence of injuries.
At this time, police have provided no information concerning the number of people involved or the seriousness of their wounds. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
