Fatal Motor Vehicle Accidents in California

For numerous reasons such as distracted drivers and high speeds, many collisions result in catastrophic and even fatal injuries. In fact, research has recently established that more than 3,000 California car accidents ended with fatalities in just 2017, alone. Thousands of more crashes resulted in injuries from minor to serious, and while there are many reasons why a crash may occur, it is crucial to realize that you may have significant rights during such a time.

The enormously high expenses associated with hospital bills and physical recovery, which commonly stack up alongside lost wages, many people will opt to file a claim for recompense. Anyone who has operated a vehicle in a negligent manner, causing the injuries or death of another person, should rightfully be held responsible for their behavior.

At The May Firm, we will work with you to ensure your rights and give you the peace of mind needed to focus on the path forward.
