Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California

California was determined to have the 15th highest rate of fatal pedestrian accidents in the U.S. This data was reported during the first six months of 2017, after approximately 352 people were struck and killed in collisions with automobiles during that time. Pedestrians are at a significant risk of suffering critical or life-ending injuries in a California pedestrian accident.

Victims and their family members are frequently left with pain and suffering alongside overwhelming financial burdens. Following an unexpected collision, particularly one caused by a reckless or criminal driver, it becomes vital to recognize that you may have substantial rights to follow.
