Fatal DUI Crash in Bakersfield

DUI crashes affect thousands of innocent lives in California each year. In 2016, our state saw more than 1,000 deaths due to drivers being under the influence of drugs or alcohol on the roadways. A DUI driver lacks the ability to process the dangers and risks of driving a timely manner. Delayed reaction times often lead to very serious crashes with life-altering outcomes.

There is nothing more reckless or irresponsible than getting behind the wheel of a vehicle while under the influence of an impairing substance. At The May Firm, we take a strong stand against impaired drivers and will fight aggressively for victims of DUI crashes. Our California car accident lawyers understand how these types of crashes are investigated and we can help you recover when you or a loved one have been victimized by a negligent driver.
