California pedestrian accidents take place each day, multiple times per day across our state. Injuries sustained in pedestrian crashes range from minor to severe. Pedestrian crashes can also be fatal in the worst cases. Many injured pedestrians will, unfortunately, sustain serious injuries when they are struck by a vehicle.
If you or a loved one have been involved in a California pedestrian crash you should never attempt to handle your case on your own. The insurance company is not working for you and simply wants to settle your claim as quickly and cheaply as possible. Their offer will not take into account the full value of your claim and other important factors, such as future medical treatment.
