An 18 year old teen of Arroyo Grande, California, Cody Alan Nunes-Malone, was pronounced dead after crashing his F-150 truck. According to San Luis Obispo Tribune, the teen was driving too fast for the given weather conditions which in turn caused him to lose control of his vehicle. The vehicle allegedly slid off Buckley Road near State Route 227, by the San Luis Airport around the early morning hours of 4:00 AM.
After the vehicle slid off the road it hit a fence and rolled on its side. California Highway Patrol say that it did not appear that Nunes-Malone was wearing his seat belt at the time of the collision.
