Catastrophic Injuries in California

In 2015, a rate of 3.8 per 100 full-time employees was recorded as having been injured or killed in the workplace. Neither death nor catastrophic injuries in California can be considered an extremely rare occurrence, particularly while performing duties which involve heavy materials and equipment. Unfortunately, accidents can happen at any time and it is extremely important for victims to understand their rights during such a trying time.

Due to the immensely high costs of medical bills and physical recovery on top of lost wages, many victims will opt to file a claim for financial recompense following a serious accident. It is our belief that anyone who has acted in a negligent manner, resulting in the injuries or death of another person, should be held accountable for their actions.
