Anaheim, CA (March 21, 2020) – Two people were killed following a two-vehicle crash that took place in Anaheim on Friday, March 20th. The crash was reported around 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of Belinda Circle and Lincoln Avenue.
According to authorities, a white Dodge Charger was traveling eastbound on Lincoln Avenue. As the Charger approached the intersection with Belinda Circle the driver failed to stop at a red light, causing a collision with a Honda Civic. The driver and a passenger in the Civic both died as a result of the crash. A second passenger was taken to UCI Medical Center with serious injuries. The driver and a passenger in the Dodge were taken to a hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
Police are still investigating. At this time, it is believed that both speed and drug use may have played a role in the collision.
