Trucking accidents in California are repeatedly triggered by various factors such as improper weight distribution, speeding, and drowsiness. When a trailer is inadequately loaded, even a slight shift in weight can quickly cause a severe collision with other vehicles. Additionally, the size and power of such vehicles often increase the seriousness of an accident, commonly resulting in extremely severe or fatal injuries.
